However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make things right.
Our Return Policy
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Custom orders are subject to review, as they are specially made to your specifications
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Steps to Arrange a Return
Reach out to our Customer Support team via email at returns@madeofwood.com. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your return request and get in touch with you within 1-2 business days with further instructions.
Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable.
