Standard Warranty Coverage
We provide a 5-year warranty on all our furniture, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.
What's Covered
Structural defects in the frame, including legs, joints, and beams.
Defects in the wood finish, excluding natural wood grain patterns and textures.
Hardware and assembly components.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care.
Variations in wood grain, color, and texture, which are natural characteristics of solid wood.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your furniture has a defect covered under our warranty, please reach out to our Customer Support team at warranty@madeofwood.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
Our team will assess your claim and may request additional information or photographs.
If your claim is approved, we will repair the defective product at no charge to you, replace it with the same or comparable item, or offer a refund or store credit based on the product's current value.
